I’m Yana and welcome to the GPartner website! Do you like your job? Because I do! I’ve been working in G Partner for over three years. I started to build my professional experience in the Sales and Marketing Department. This is the area that always interested me and working here gave me a good base to work with people as well the understanding of what business needs. Now I have a great possibility to put my knowledge in HR direction and share my experience with candidates. I’m responsible for recruitment for Russian and Ukrainian speaking markets.

My name is Agnieszka and I’m a recruiter with a Master’s in psychology. I use my background to meet the requirements and values of a potential candidate in order to fit the right person to the team he will strive in. After hours I like trekking in the mountains. I’m responsible for Polish, Czech, Slovak and Romanian markets.

Diana Smirnova
In 2019 I started working in G Partner as a specialist in the first contact with the client. Then I was promoted to an account strategist and in 2021 I achieved the manager position in the DSA business line. In 2022 I started to run the UMM CEE Team. Also I always help in organizing different events at work such as Summer of Culture.
After hours I enjoy expressing myself in creativity. I like writing poems, drawing, learning to play the guitar and dancing. Also I am passionate about learning foreign languages.

Yuriy Veliyev
My name is Yuriy and I’m originally from Ukraine. I moved to Poland in 2014 to begin my studies. After finishing university I joined G Partner in 2018 starting as a Sales Representative at the Ukrainian market. After less than 1 year I was promoted and began my adventure as a Team Leader of the Sales Reception Team on the Polish, Ukrainian and Russian markets. After I had a chance to manage the Russian sales team as well, then I moved to the Upper Mass Market and Agency line of business to begin a new chapter in my career with the Czech/Slovak team.
In my free time I love traveling, reading, playing chess, learning foreign languages and doing sports. I’m also passionate about NGO organizations and actively participate in one of them.

Deniz Sylwestra Altinay
I joined G Partner in Agency Team in September 2019 and at the beginning of 2022 I became a Team Leader of Turkish Upper Mass Market Team. I graduated from the University of Warsaw. I have a master degree in English Studies and Turkology. I have experience in teaching foreign languages and in sales.
After hours I like to dance, listen to Queen and try out new cake recipes. I am fluent in Polish, English and Turkish, so in case of any questions you can text me in one of these languages 🙂

My name is Olga and I come from Ukraine. I have been living in Poland since 2011. I graduated from the University of Kiev and I am an engineer by profession. But I’ve always been interested in online marketing, which is why I started working at G Partner in 2014. I started as an Google Ads Account Strategist on the Russian market, after a few years I was promoted to the agency team. I have been a Team Leader since 2020. In my team, I really appreciate the nice atmosphere, knowledge sharing and support between team members.
I speak Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, English and I am learning French. I love traveling and cooking. I also lead an active lifestyle.

Kamil Kobyłka
I joined G Partner in 2016; first starting as a Sales Representative and then moving to the Onboarding team. Afterwards I was promoted to Agency, where after one and a half years I became Team Leader for the Polish Agency Team, which I managed for 3 years. Currently, I am managing the Polish and Romania Agency Team. My educational background is sociology, therefore, people and the relationships we create are the most important for me at work. I really appreciate open and honest communication as well as a clear setting of my expectations.
Privately, I am the dad of two lovely daughters who fill most of my free time 🙂 We love discovering new things: walking together, sightseeing, traveling.
I have always tried to spend my time actively: skiing or ice-skating during the winter, riding a bike in summer time.

Anna Gorpynych
My name is Anna Gorpynych, I came to Poland from Ukraine in 2013. I am a graduate of Kozminski University. At the university, I obtained a bachelor’s in management and a master’s in marketing.
I joined G Partner in 2018 as an Online Campaign Development Strategy for the Russian market. From July 2021, I was promoted and became the Leader of the Upper Mass Market Team on the Russian market. After 3 months, also the Team Leader of the Construction Agency on the Russian market.
My passions are cooking and drawing. After hours, I also like to travel around Poland with my dog; I am a fan of long walks along the streets of Warsaw.
