We are glad to inform that we have just finished our original program CAREER Leadership Exploration And Development. The program included training sessions on such topics as giving & receiving feedback, hiring, reporting, business cadence, etc. The sessions related to Google projects and involved general leadership skills development delivered by external professional coaches. The sessions were held every 3 weeks. Apart from that the program involved supporting TL’s in everyday running the team and practicing English on regular classes. The main goals of the program were: building agents skills to create a pool of talent for future TLs, driving motivation, building corporate culture and creating basis for reaching the number 10 of Culture Ambassadors in the team. Eight months of the cooperation has passed quickly and here we have 10 certified employees prepared for becoming future Leaders.
